Born in Hungary, came to the U.S.
in 1957 as a political refugee.
For more than 25yrs. Owned and operated Bay Art &
Frame art gallery.
After retirement my time has been dedicated to fine
art restoration and wheel thrown ceramics, including wheel
started sculptures.
I studied Hungarian folk art and became a great admirer
of the famous Hungarian ceramic artist and sculptress
Margit Kovacs, whom greatly influenced my works.
I feel that schools in this country need greatly to
improve in the education of the arts, to better achieve
a more secure public knowledge to enjoy the pleasures
of fine art.
